L’Italia si impone 2-0 grazie ai successi in semifinale di Martina Trevisan in due set con il punteggio di 7-6 (8-6), 6-3 sulla slovena Kaja Juvan e di Jasmine Paolini che regala la gioia azzurra imponendosi in tre set con il punteggio di 6-2, 4-6, 6-3 sulla slovena Tamara Zidansek.
